1. We do the necessary quality analysis on all our Sorghum deliveries.
  2. We mix the grain with water and cook the mixture.
  3. We add gypsum and other ingredients to the medium to support mycelial growth. Then we bag the mixture, and sterilize both the bag and its contents.
  4. We inoculate the cooled grain with a target species and seal the bag. Target speices include: Almond Mushrooms, Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, Maitake, Reishi, and Shiitake. The inoculated bags are stored in a sterile room, where they grow until mature and ready for harvest.
  5. Once the growing cycle is complete, the mycelial blocks and fruiting bodies are dried in a custom dryer.
  6. The mycelial blocks and fruiting bodies are powdered to our customers specifications and packaged for delivery.
